1. Acceptance and Scope

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Aroshift: Arrow Logic Puzzle ("Aroshift", the "Game"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Markuting ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install, copy, or use the Game, and you must uninstall it from your device immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You represent that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Game under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Aroshift is designed as a general-audience casual logic puzzle suitable for players of all ages.

3. License and Permission to Install

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and play one copy of the Game on an Android-compatible device that you personally own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Publisher.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Game strictly in accordance with applicable laws. You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of the Game, except to the extent permitted by mandatory statutory law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any part of the Game.
• Use bots, cheats, memory editors, emulators, or automation scripts to exploit or manipulate gameplay logic, scores, or virtual currency.
• Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its artwork, audio files, or handcrafted shape puzzle levels.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property notices affixed to or contained within the Game.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Aroshift—including but not limited to the game engine, algorithms, handcrafted custom shape puzzles, 3D logo artwork, visual arrow skins, particle effects, UI themes, audio assets, and original game mechanics—are the exclusive intellectual property of the Publisher and its licensors.

"Aroshift", "Think. Shift. Escape.", and associated logos and icons are trademarks of the Publisher.

6. Gameplay, Virtual Items & Updates

Virtual Items: The Game includes virtual Coins, Gems, powerups (such as Bombs, Rockets, Color Swaps, and Hammers), and cosmetic skins. These virtual goods are licensed, not sold. They possess no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and cannot be transferred to any third party.

Local Storage Notice: Because Aroshift operates without remote accounts, all virtual progress and unlocked items are stored locally in your device's internal database. The Publisher is not responsible for progress lost due to device resets, app cache deletion, or uninstallation.

Game Updates: We may release software updates to balance levels, fix bugs, or add new handcrafted shapes. You acknowledge that updates may adjust stage layouts, scoring formulas, or move limits.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Services (Planned)

While the current release build does not serve live third-party advertisements, we plan to incorporate mobile advertising (such as optional rewarded video ads) in future updates to support ongoing free development.

When third-party ads are presented, your interactions with those ads are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services promoted in third-party advertisements.

8. Game Availability and Discontinuation

We strive to keep the Game operational and bug-free, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability across all hardware models. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature) at any time without prior liability to you.

9. User Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas regarding the Game, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to implement, adapt, and incorporate your feedback into Aroshift or future titles without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

"As Is" Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise (including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Publisher, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of progress, device malfunction, or business interruption) arising out of your access to or inability to use the Game.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license and restrict access to the Game if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in illegal or abusive activities. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete it from your devices.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion. Updated versions will be published to this webpage with an updated "Last updated" timestamp. By continuing to use the Game after revised Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
